Why We Built the Roof Protection Program
Legacy 360 Group Inc. was founded by longtime roofing professionals Ashly Carnes and Tavares James with one clear belief: homeowners deserve more than a contractor who only appears when something goes wrong.
After years of working directly with homeowners throughout the roofing and storm-restoration process, Ashly and Tavares saw the same pattern repeatedly. Too often, homeowners did not know the true condition of their roofs, what maintenance was needed, or where to turn after a storm. By the time a problem became visible inside the home, the damage was often more serious, and more expensive, than it needed to be. They knew there had to be a better way.
Legacy 360 was created to change the traditional, reactive approach to roof care. Instead of waiting for a leak, a major storm, or an unexpected repair, Legacy 360 helps homeowners understand, document, maintain, and protect one of their most valuable investments.
Meet the Founders Behind Our Roof Care Program
Ashly Carnes, Co-Founder and Vice President, is a roofing and storm-damage professional who has spent her career walking homeowners through the entire process: initial inspection, insurance coordination, project planning, installation, and final documentation. Her gift for explaining a complicated process in plain language is a big part of why the Roof Protection Program exists. She believes homeowners need a trusted resource who helps them understand their roof and prepare for the future, not just a crew that shows up after the damage is already done.
Alongside her, Co-Founder Tavares James brings decades of hands-on roofing and storm-restoration experience to Legacy 360 Group Inc. Together, they combined their field experience with a shared frustration: too many homeowners were left to figure out roof care on their own, with no records, no guidance, and no one to call until something broke.
What began as a shared vision between two experienced roofing professionals has grown into a company dedicated to providing homeowners with year-round protection, greater peace of mind, and a better way to care for their homes.

Across the state line, we support homeowners in Rock Hill, Fort Mill, and the Lake Wylie area, where Carolina storms treat roofs on both sides of the border the same way.
